About the J.League Unified Prohibited Rules

Kashima Antlers and the J.League are committed to providing a safe and comfortable match viewing experience in the stadium, and conduct match safety management and security based on their stadium regulations.
When attending matches, please comply with the following regulations.
Please note that the regulations for matches hosted by each club may differ.

Kashima Antlers Match Operations and Management Regulations

Article 1 (Scope of Application)

The purpose of the "Kashima Antlers Soccer Match Operation and Management Regulations" (hereinafter referred to as "these Regulations") established by Kashima Antlers FC Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Kashima Antlers") is to ensure the smooth and safe operation of all matches hosted by the club, including league matches, league cup matches, and championships. All persons entering or attempting to enter stadiums and other facilities under the management of Kashima Antlers must comply with these Regulations.

Article 2 (Definitions)

The definitions of the terms listed in the following items are as set forth in each respective item.

(1) Match
Refers to all matches, including league matches, league cup matches, and championships.
(2) Facility
Refers to all facilities and areas, such as stadiums, managed by Kashima Antlers for the purpose of match operation.
(3) Operations and Safety Manager
Refers to the J-Club Executive Committee Member or their proxy.
(4) Operations Staff and Security Staff
Refers to individuals appointed by the Operations and Safety Manager to engage in duties for ensuring the safety of the tournament.
(5) Security Personnel
Refers to individuals appointed by the Operations and Safety Manager to ensure the safety of the tournament.

Article 3 (Operations Manager and Security Manager)

Security personnel include operations staff and/or security staff appointed by the Operations and Safety Manager from among the club staff to perform security duties.

Article 4 (Prohibited Items)

Unless deemed necessary by the Operations and Safety Manager, the following items may not be brought into the facility:

(1) Items prohibited by the J.League's unified prohibitions (J.League Common Spectator Manners & Rules).
(2) Plastic bottles larger than 701ml (those 700ml or less are permitted. Otherwise, transfer the contents to another container or leave the bottle at the gate). Frozen plastic bottles are not permitted.
(3) Billboards, signboards, banners, flags, pennants, placards, bibs, documents, drawings, printed materials, etc. that the organizer or host deems to fall under any of the following categories:
・Those that display or evoke political, ideological, or religious doctrines, claims, or ideas.
・Those that contain discriminatory or insulting content or expressions.
・Those that are not intended to support or encourage players or teams.
・Those that may interfere with the operation of the event.
(4) Items displaying specific company names, product names, etc. for the purpose of advertising a specific company or commercial enterprise (including items that evoke a specific company, product, etc.).
(5) Any other items that the operations manager, security manager, or security personnel deem to obstruct the operation or progress of the match, cause nuisance or danger to others, or have the potential to do so (e.g., poles other than those used for large flags, tripods/monopods, and other stands for fixing cameras or smartphones).
(6) Balls (temporarily held at the entrance gate).
(7) Suitcases, carry cases, cooler boxes (those that fit under the seat are permitted. Other sizes will be temporarily held at the entrance gate).
(8) Hard-type coolants (even if not frozen, those with hard exteriors or contents).
(9) Items intended to provide height, including stepladders, footstools, and beer crates (to prevent throwing and ensure safety).

Article 5 (Prohibited Acts)

Any person attempting to enter or who has entered the facility shall not engage in any of the following acts at any facility, except when particularly deemed necessary by the operations and safety manager.

(1) Acts prohibited by the J.League's unified prohibited acts (J.League Common Spectator Manners & Rules).
(2) Standing on seats to cheer, or climbing, straddling, or placing feet on buffer zones, etc.
(3) Securing queue positions with sheets, etc.
(4) Reserving seats within the stands.
(5) Acts prohibited by the facility administrator.
(6) Entering without a valid ticket or pass.
(7) Engaging in acts that may impede the smooth operation of the event, such as protest rallies or demonstrations.
(8) Entering the facility while intoxicated by alcohol, drugs, or other substances, or becoming intoxicated by these substances within the facility and engaging in acts that impede the game's operation or others' actions (Intoxication: a state where normal actions may be impossible due to the influence of alcohol, etc.).
(9) Engaging in activities other than spectating, such as soliciting, speech-making, assembling, or proselytizing, at the facility and related areas.
(10) Driving vehicles or bicycles into areas other than designated places, or parking or stopping vehicles or bicycles in areas other than designated places.
(11) Engaging in commercial activities, soliciting donations, or posting advertisements, etc.
(12) Disposing of garbage or other refuse in areas other than designated places.
(13) Taking photographs or videos of competitions, ceremonies, spectators, etc. for commercial purposes.
(14) Distributing all or part of the audio or video of the event via the internet or other media.
(15) Engaging in acts that obstruct the operation or progress of the game, cause annoyance or danger to others, or are deemed by security personnel to potentially cause such annoyance or danger.
(16) Making discriminatory or insulting remarks or engaging in discriminatory or insulting acts regarding race, skin color, gender, language, religion, politics, or origin.
(17) Use of paper streamers.
(18) Wearing visitor club items, etc., or cheering for visitor clubs in the Supporters' Seats (South and North Home Side) / Category 3 South / 4 South / 5 South (including Special Viewing Box) / 6 South / Sofa Seats (4-person seats / 2-person seats A-E) / Relaxed Seats (A-seats) in each stand, and on the concourses on each floor of the south side. Or wearing Antlers items, etc., or cheering for Antlers in the visitor-only seats.
(19) In addition to the above items, making remarks or engaging in acts that violate public order and morals.

Article 6 (Compliance Regulations)

You must comply with the following:

(1) Present your ticket, pass, etc., when requested.
(2) Cooperate with inspections of your baggage, personal belongings, etc., for security purposes.
(3) Act in accordance with the instructions, guidance, and directions of security personnel and public safety authorities.

Article 7 (Reasons for Refusing Sales)

The Organizer will not sell admission tickets to any person falling under any of the following items. If such person obtains an admission ticket, either personally or through a third party, the Organizer may refuse admission to such person in accordance with Article 9.

(1) Any person who belongs to an organized crime group or similar antisocial force (hereinafter referred to as "organized crime group, etc.") (hereinafter referred to as "organized crime group member, etc.")
(2) Any person for whom five years have not passed since they ceased to be an organized crime group member, etc.
(3) Any person who uses an organized crime group, etc. or an organized crime group member, etc. for the purpose of personal or third-party gain.
(4) Any person who is involved in the maintenance or operation of an organized crime group, etc., such as by providing funds or other benefits to an organized crime group, etc. or an organized crime group member, etc.
(5) Any person who has a socially reprehensible relationship with an organized crime group member, etc.
(6) Any person who obtains an admission ticket for the purpose of engaging in an act that violates Article 8.
(7) Any other person whom the Organizer deems to have reasonable grounds for not selling an admission ticket to.

Article 8 (Prohibition of Resale, etc.)

No person shall resell admission tickets to any third party (including resale through internet auctions) or otherwise allow them to be acquired without the organizer's permission. However, this does not apply in cases where tickets are provided to family, friends, business partners, or other similar specific relationships, without the intention of profit and not as a business.

Article 9 (Refusal of Admission, Order to Leave)

(1) The operations and safety manager may refuse admission to, order the removal from the facility of, and confiscate items listed in Article 4 from any person who violates Articles 4, 5, or 6, or who falls under the provisions of Article 7, and may take other necessary measures.
(2) The operations and safety manager may refuse admission to future J-League official matches for persons falling under the preceding paragraph who are deemed particularly malicious. They may also demand the return of tickets.
(3) Persons whose admission is refused or who are ordered to leave the facility by the operations and safety manager may not request a refund of the ticket purchase price.

Article 10 (Delegation of Authority)

The Operations and Safety Manager may delegate their authority for specific facilities to another person.
