About the J.LEAGUE Unified Prohibited Rules
Kashima Antlers and the J.LEAGUE conduct safety management and security for matches based on administrative regulations to provide a safe and comfortable match-watching experience at the stadium.
When watching a match, please comply with the following administrative regulations.

Article 1 (Scope of Regulations)
The purpose of the "Kashima Antlers Soccer Match Operations Management Regulations" (hereinafter referred to as "these Regulations") established by Kashima Antlers FC Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Kashima Antlers") is to ensure the smooth and safe operation of all matches hosted by the club, including league matches, league cup matches, and championships. All persons entering or attempting to enter the stadium and other facilities under the management of Kashima Antlers must comply with these Regulations.
Article 2 (Definitions)
The meanings of the terms listed in each of the following items shall be as prescribed in each respective item.
(1) Matches
Refers to all matches, including league matches, league cup matches, and championships.
(2) Facilities
Refers to all facilities and areas, such as stadiums, managed by Kashima Antlers for the operation of matches.
(3) Operations and Safety Officer
Refers to a J.League executive committee member or their deputy.
(4) Operations Staff / Security Staff
Refers to persons appointed by the Operations and Safety Officer and engaged in duties for ensuring the safety of the tournament.
(5) Security Personnel
Refers to persons appointed by the Operations and Safety Officer to ensure the safety of the tournament.
(1) Matches
Refers to all matches, including league matches, league cup matches, and championships.
(2) Facilities
Refers to all facilities and areas, such as stadiums, managed by Kashima Antlers for the operation of matches.
(3) Operations and Safety Officer
Refers to a J.League executive committee member or their deputy.
(4) Operations Staff / Security Staff
Refers to persons appointed by the Operations and Safety Officer and engaged in duties for ensuring the safety of the tournament.
(5) Security Personnel
Refers to persons appointed by the Operations and Safety Officer to ensure the safety of the tournament.
Article 3 (Operations Staff / Security Staff)
Security personnel include operations staff and/or security staff appointed by the operations and safety officer from among the club staff to engage in safety assurance duties.
Article 4 (Prohibited Items)
Unless specifically authorized by the Operations and Safety Officer, the following items may not be brought into the facility.
(1) Items prohibited by the J.LEAGUE Unified Prohibited Rules (J.LEAGUE Common Spectator Manners & Rules).
(2) PET bottles larger than 701ml (those 700ml or less are permitted. Others must be transferred to another container or checked at the gate). Frozen PET bottles are not permitted.
(3) Billboards, stand-up signs, banners, flags, pennants, placards, bibs, documents, drawings, printed materials, etc., that the organizer or host determines fall under any of the following:
・Those that display or suggest political, ideological, religious principles, assertions, or ideas.
・Those that contain discriminatory or insulting content or expressions.
・Those that are not recognized as having the purpose of supporting or encouraging players or teams.
・Those that may hinder the operation of the tournament.
(4) Items displaying specific company names, product names, etc. for the purpose of advertising a specific company or commercial enterprise (including items that suggest specific companies, products, etc.).
(5) Other items that the Operations Staff / Security Staff or security personnel deem to obstruct or interfere with the operation or progress of the match, or cause inconvenience or danger to others, or are likely to do so (e.g., poles other than those used for large flags, camera stands such as tripods and monopods, or smartphone stands).
(6) Balls (temporarily checked at the entrance gate).
(7) Suitcases, carry cases, cooler boxes (those that fit under the seat are permitted. Other sizes are temporarily checked at the entrance gate).
(8) Hard-type coolants (even if not frozen, those with hard exterior or contents).

(6) Balls (temporarily checked at the entrance gate).
(7) Suitcases, carry cases, cooler boxes (those that fit under the seat are permitted. Other sizes are temporarily checked at the entrance gate).
(8) Hard-type coolants (even if not frozen, those with hard exterior or contents).
(9) Items intended to provide height, including stepladders, footstools, beer crates, etc. (to prevent throwing and ensure safety).
Article 5 (Prohibited Actions)
Unless specifically authorized by the Operations and Safety Officer, no person entering or attempting to enter the facility shall commit any of the following acts within any facility. (1) Acts prohibited by the J.LEAGUE Unified Prohibited Rules (J.LEAGUE Common Spectator Manners & Rules).
(2) Cheering while standing on seats, or climbing, straddling, or placing feet on buffer zones, etc.
(3) Securing waiting line places with sheets, etc.
(4) Reserving seats in the stands.
(5) Acts prohibited by facility management.
(6) Entering without a valid ticket or pass.
(7) Holding protest rallies, demonstrations, or other acts that may hinder the smooth operation of the tournament.
(8) Entering the facility while intoxicated by alcohol, drugs, or other substances, or becoming intoxicated by these substances within the facility and obstructing match operations or the actions of others (Intoxication refers to a state in which one may not be able to act normally due to the influence of alcohol, etc.).
(9) Engaging in activities other than watching the match, such as soliciting, lecturing, holding meetings, or proselytizing, within the facility and related areas.
(10) Driving vehicles or bicycles into unauthorized areas, or parking or stopping in unauthorized areas.
(11) Engaging in commercial activities, soliciting donations, or posting advertisements.
(12) Disposing of garbage or other waste in unauthorized areas.
(13) Taking photographs or videos of competitions, ceremonies, spectators, etc., for commercial purposes.
(14) Distributing all or part of the audio or video of the tournament through the internet or other media.
(15) Engaging in acts that obstruct or interfere with the operation or progress of the match, or cause inconvenience or danger to others, or are likely to do so, as recognized by security personnel.
(16) Making discriminatory or insulting remarks or engaging in discriminatory or insulting acts regarding race, skin color, gender, language, religion, politics, or origin.
(17) Use of paper streamers.
(18) Wearing visitor club items, etc., or cheering for visitor clubs in the supporter seats (south and north home sides) / Category 3 South / 4 South / 5 South (including special viewing boxes) / 6 South / sofa seats (4-person seats / 2-person seats A-E) / comfortable seats (A seats) and on the concourses on each floor of the south side. Or wearing Antlers items, etc., or cheering for Antlers in the visitor-only seats.
(19) In addition to the above items, making remarks or engaging in acts that violate public order and morals.
Article 6 (Compliance Regulations)
The matters specified in each of the following items must be complied with.(1) Present tickets, passes, etc., when requested.
(2) Cooperate with inspections of baggage, personal belongings, etc., to ensure safety.
(3) Act in accordance with the instructions, guidance, and directions of security personnel and public safety authorities.
Article 7 (Reasons for Refusal of Sale)
The organizer shall not sell admission tickets to persons falling under any of the following items. If such a person acquires an admission ticket by themselves or through a third party, the organizer may refuse their admission based on Article 9. (1) Persons belonging to organized crime groups or similar anti-social forces (hereinafter referred to as "organized crime groups, etc.") (hereinafter referred to as "members of organized crime groups, etc.")
(2) Persons who have not passed five years since ceasing to be members of organized crime groups, etc.
(3) Persons who use organized crime groups, etc., or members of organized crime groups, etc., for the purpose of benefiting themselves or a third party, etc.
(4) Persons who are involved in the maintenance or operation of organized crime groups, etc., such as by providing funds or conveniences to organized crime groups, etc., or members of organized crime groups, etc.
(5) Persons who have socially reprehensible relationships with members of organized crime groups, etc.
(6) Persons who acquire admission tickets for the purpose of violating Article 8.
(7) Other persons whom the organizer deems to have a reasonable reason for not selling admission tickets.
Article 8 (Prohibition of Resale, etc.)
No person shall resell (including resale through internet auctions) or otherwise allow a third party to acquire an admission ticket without the organizer's permission. However, this shall not apply if it is based on a specific relationship such as family, friends, business partners, or similar, is not for profit, and is not conducted as a business.Article 9 (Refusal of Admission, Order to Leave)
(1) The Operations and Safety Officer may refuse admission to, order to leave the facility, and take necessary measures such as confiscating items listed in Article 4, from any person who violates Article 4, Article 5, or Article 6, and any person falling under the provisions of Article 7. (2) The Operations and Safety Officer may refuse admission to subsequent J.League official matches for those among the persons falling under the preceding paragraph who are deemed particularly malicious. Furthermore, the return of tickets may be requested.
(3) Persons whose admission is refused or who are ordered to leave the facility by the Operations and Safety Officer cannot request a refund of the ticket purchase price.
Article 10 (Delegation of Authority)
The Operations and Safety Officer may delegate their authority for specific facilities to another person.
