■Applying for SÓCIO Wheelchair Seating
1. Wheelchair seating refers to designated seats within the "wheelchair seating area," not individually assigned seats.
2. To use wheelchair seating and the dedicated wheelchair parking lot, you must apply for each match, similar to the 2025 season.
* You do not need to purchase a paid optional annual parking pass to use the dedicated parking lot.
* Please note that there is limited capacity in the dedicated parking lot, and it may not be available if full.
3. Wheelchair seating cannot be applied for online. If you wish to purchase, please contact the Kashima Antlers Call Center.
4. Some benefits for wheelchair seating may differ. Please check the details for each benefit.

・It is not possible to switch to wheelchair seating using a season ticket (Home Supporters Seat - Unreserved). Please be aware of this in advance.

Benefit 2: Seat change service for annual reserved seats

If you wish to watch the game with friends or family in a separate seating area, you can change your seats without incurring additional fees.

What is the seat change service?

This service allows SÓCIO annual ticket holders to repurchase tickets for different seats for each match, based on a predetermined value per game for their annual ticket.
You can change to other seats of the same type as your annual ticket, or upgrade/downgrade to a different seat type. You can also purchase tickets for companions at the same time.

・Want to invite family or friends and watch the game together in adjacent seats
・Want to change seats depending on the weather
・Want to watch the game from a different perspective than usual

Payment of difference due to seat change

The amount to be paid will be calculated by subtracting the selling price of the changed seat type from the per-game right value of your annual pass (*).
(*) What is the right value? It is the reference price per seat for transactions determined in advance for each SÓCIO annual pass seat.

・In the case of a downgrade, no refund will be issued for the difference.
・In addition to the above payment, a seat change fee (220 yen/seat (tax included)) must be paid.

・To use this service, you must link your J.LEAGUE ID with your One-Touch Pass ID (SÓCIO membership number).
・After the service is used, you will not be able to watch from your annual ticket seat. Also, transactions cannot be canceled.

SÓCIO members can enter the stadium smoothly via a dedicated lane.

*SÓCIO wheelchair seat holders should enter through the dedicated wheelchair entrance, not the SÓCIO-only entrance.

Bonus 4: Card-style Membership Card/Ticket

You will receive a card-type membership card that doubles as a ticket in your first year of membership. Members who renew can continue to use the same membership card with the same membership number.

From the perspective of preventing unauthorized use, reissuance of parking permits is generally not possible, except in unavoidable circumstances. If you wish to request one, please contact the Kashima Antlers Call Center. Please note that a reissuance fee of 11,000 yen (tax included) will be incurred for parking permits.

*For those who wish to use SÓCIO wheelchair seating and require wheelchair parking, purchasing parking as a paid option is "unnecessary." However, due to the limited capacity of the wheelchair-accessible parking, an application is required for each match. The capacity of wheelchair-accessible parking is limited. If it is full, you may not be able to use it, so please contact us as soon as possible.

1. Ticket Delivery Format

You can choose either an "IC card" or a "limited design paper ticket" depending on your intended use.

 

* If you wish to receive a limited design paper ticket, an additional 3,300 yen (tax included) per seat will be charged.
* Limited design paper tickets are only available to corporate members.
* If you choose a limited design paper ticket, you cannot enter the stadium using your digital membership card. The digital membership card can only be used as proof of membership.
* If you choose a limited design paper ticket, resale and seat change services will not be available.
* If you choose a limited design paper ticket, an IC card will not be provided.

2. Replica Jersey & Free Ticket Coupons (10 coupons for Meiji Yasuda J1 League Centennial Club matches)

Corporate clients may choose between a replica uniform and 10 free ticket coupons for a season pass (Supporters' Home Seat (unreserved seating)) valid for the Meiji Yasuda J100 League.

*Ticket coupons can be used for any match and any number of tickets.
*Eligible matches for ticket coupons are the same as those for SÓCIO annual reserved seats.
*There may be a limit on the number of tickets that can be used per match.

Seat types for which SÓCIO contracts can be made by corporations

For corporate contracts, the available seat types are Category 1, Category 2, Category 3, and Category 4.

・Existing corporate members can renew their membership by submitting the renewal confirmation form sent to them or by applying through the web application site.
