MEMBERS/Season Ticket Holders: How to Enter

If you are a SOCIO member (excluding Royal members and corporations who chose paper tickets) or a season ticket holder, you can enter with your membership card (IC card), the Antlers official app, the Fan Club My Page, or the "Club J.LEAGUE" smartphone app. Spirits will be awarded when you enter using any of these methods.

 

* If you wish to enter using the Antlers official app, Fan Club My Page, or the "Club J.LEAGUE" smartphone app, you must log in to each service in advance with your J.LEAGUE ID linked to your Fan Club membership number (One-touch Pass ID).

* To check the linking settings of your J.LEAGUE ID and Fan Club membership number, please check this page.

Enter using your membership card (IC card).

STEP 1

Take your membership card (IC card) to the stadium entrance gate.

STEP 2

Hold your membership card (IC card) over the dedicated terminal.

 

STEP 3

Once "OK" is displayed, your entry is complete!

 

Enter using the Antlers Official App

STEP 1

Open the Antlers official app and tap "My Page"

STEP 2

Tap the membership card displayed at the top of My Page.

 

STEP 3

Your QR ticket is now displayed.

 

STEP 4

Hold the QR code up to the back of the dedicated device.

 

STEP 5

Once "OK" is displayed, your entry is complete!

 

Enter using the Fan Club My Page.

STEP 1

Open the fan club my page and tap the membership card at the bottom center of the screen. (My page URL is here)

STEP 2

Your QR ticket has been displayed.

 

STEP 3

Hold the QR code to the back of the dedicated terminal.

 

STEP 4

When "OK" appears, your entry is complete!

 

Use Club J.LEAGUE to enter

STEP 1

From the app, click the "Card" button.

 

STEP 2

Click "Kashima One-touch Pass."

 

STEP 3

QR ticket display complete.

 

STEP 4

Hold the QR code up to the back of the dedicated terminal.

 

STEP 5

Once "OK" is displayed, your entry is complete!
