Conditions for participation

Title

SÓCIO Royal and S-rank members will be given priority registration, while A-rank members will be entered into a lottery.
All procedures will be carried out on the SÓCIO/Fan Club My Page.
Please confirm the schedule below and proceed with the necessary steps.

To ensure your participation, please complete the payment procedure for the participation fee within the designated period.
SÓCIO Royal members will receive a document by mail.

Notes

・Regardless of your Antlers Membership Program rank, if payment is not confirmed by the participation fee deadline, your right to participate in the event will be invalidated. Please be aware that we will then offer the spot to another participant.  
・We may offer spots to waitlisted A-rank individuals. Those selected will be notified around Thursday, August 27th.
・Please note that participation fees will not be refunded if you are unable to attend on the event date or must be absent due to unavoidable circumstances.

Regarding the advance lottery event

・Details regarding the event venue will be announced separately.
・Each event has a capacity limit. If applications exceed the capacity, a lottery will be held.
・For greetings, please select different players (booths) for your first, second, and third choices. Duplicate selections of the same player may be invalidated.
・Depending on the application status and lottery results, we may direct you to a booth that you can participate in. Please be aware of this in advance.
・Event details may change after you apply for an individual event due to player conditions or other circumstances. We appreciate your understanding.
・Players may be absent or changed after the application period ends or after the lottery results are announced. We appreciate your understanding.
・Event applications and lottery results will primarily be handled through the SÓCIO/Fan Club My Page.
・To apply for an event, please log in to My Page and apply from "Event Application."
・Please apply for events for each membership number (one application per member).
・Those who apply for pre-lottery events will be notified of their winning entry, allowing them to participate in one event from either Part 1 or Part 2.
・On the day of the event, registration will be open from 5 minutes before the start of each event until 5 minutes before the end of the event. If you do not arrive at the event booth by the reception time, you may not be able to participate in the event even if you have won. We appreciate your understanding.

Membership Card
*At each event booth, we will confirm your eligibility for the target event. Please present your digital membership card on a smart device or have your IC card ready.
*No advance ticket acquisition is required.

Notes

・Resale of admission tickets or any other act that violates the membership agreement may result in refusal of entry. Please note that this may also result in loss of membership.
・Event reception on the day will be open from 5 minutes before each event starts until 5 minutes before each event ends. If you do not arrive at the event booth by the reception time, you may not be able to participate in the event even if you have won a spot. Please be aware of this in advance.
・Event details, location, and time are subject to change. If changes occur, details will be announced on the special website.

To everyone attending on the day, we have prepared a souvenir for you.
The contents of the goods will be a surprise on the day!

・Events with advance lottery require participants to apply in advance and only those selected in the lottery can attend. You cannot participate on the day of the event without prior selection.
・One deer photo will be distributed per person for some events.
・Events that are not by advance lottery are generally open to everyone. However, entry may be restricted depending on the number of participants.

Admission

・Preschool children may be accompanied by one member aged 18 or older, with a limit of one child per member. Please note that participation benefits will be provided for one person only.
・Additional souvenirs or food and drink tickets will not be provided for accompanying children.
・If there are any actions that violate the membership agreement, such as reselling participation tickets, entry may be refused. Furthermore, membership may be revoked.

If you plan to attend in a wheelchair, please contact the call center in advance.
*Please refer to the "Contact Us" section for various inquiry points.
We will guide you to wheelchair seating and parking for the opening/closing events.
