Journey with our Hometowns
The Antlers' hometown consists of the five Rokko cities: Kashima City, Itako City, Kamisu City, Namegata City, and Hokota City. When the club was founded, these five towns and villages were the hometowns and participated as investing entities. Although the area was developed as the Kashima Coastal Industrial Zone, the development of basic infrastructure for residents was delayed. Later, the Antlers were founded with the aim of revitalizing the region.
Antlers Hometown DMO
In April 2018, Antlers Hometown DMO (General Incorporated Association) was established as the first such initiative by a J-League club nationwide. The Antlers, private companies, and the five hometown cities are at its core, contributing to the revitalization of the local economy.
