These lotus root crackers are made by powdering Tsuchiura-produced lotus root, which boasts the largest production volume in Japan, kneading it into the cracker dough, and seasoning it with Shiho soy sauce. They come in three flavors: soy sauce, salt, and shichimi (seven-spice blend).
