This lotus root senbei (rice cracker) is made by kneading powder from Tsuchiura-grown lotus roots, which boast the largest production volume in Japan, into the senbei dough and seasoning it with Shiho soy sauce. It comes in three flavors: soy sauce, salt, and shichimi (seven-spice blend).
