Kashima's Traditional Delicious Boiled Whitebait
We carefully select only the freshest, highest quality whitebait caught in Kashimanada, maintain its freshness in refrigerated vehicles from the fishing port until just before processing, and boil the whitebait in a special large automatic pot, allowing it to dance and ensuring it is cooked thoroughly to the bone, resulting in a fluffy texture with no fishy odor. Our "Boiled Whitebait," "Dried Whitebait," "Chirimen," and "Dried Sardines" have all won the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries Award, receiving a total of four awards.
