We carefully select only the freshest, highest-quality whitebait caught in Kashimanada, maintaining its freshness in refrigerated trucks from the fishing port until just before processing. Using a special large automatic boiler, the whitebait is boiled thoroughly, ensuring a fluffy texture without any fishy odor. Our "kamaage shirasu" (boiled whitebait), "shirasu boshi" (semi-dried whitebait), "chirimen" (dried whitebait), and "niboshi iwashi" (dried sardines) have all won the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries Award, securing four titles.
