The Antlers Academy's final category, the Youth team, is formed primarily by players from our junior youth teams, who train at three locations within Ibaraki Prefecture: Kashima, Norte (Hitachi), and Tsukuba. Our goal is to promote as many of these players as possible to the top team, and we have a club-wide support system in place to achieve this. Our unique and acclaimed development style, which fosters both academic and athletic growth, includes experienced development experts, a robust medical system, and a daytime training system established through a partnership with Kashima Gakuen. This approach has garnered attention from various quarters.
