ACADEMY

Starting from 4th grade elementary school, the Junior teams of Kashima, Norte (Hitachi), and Tsukuba are active, working hard and improving together.

Kashima Juniors won the National Boys' Soccer Tournament in 2013, were runners-up in 2007 and 2015, and won the Vermont National Boys' Futsal Tournament in 2013, achieving results in numerous competitions.

Norte Juniors was established in 2017, and Tsukuba Juniors in 2007, creating an environment for scouting and developing players from all over Ibaraki Prefecture.

Tsukuba Juniors achieved significant success, winning the Vermont National Boys' Futsal Tournament in 2015 and the Chibirinpic in 2022.

They also gain international experience through overseas tours.
