We regret to inform you that Kashima Wellness Plaza, located within Mercari Stadium, will be closing its doors on Monday, November 30, 2026. Along with the facility's closure, the walking area on the 3rd-floor concourse will also cease to be available on the same date.
This facility opened in October 2006 as an exercise facility within the stadium to maintain and promote the health of the local community, following Kashima Antlers' acquisition of management rights for the Prefectural Kashima Soccer Stadium (now Mercari Stadium) in 2006. Since then, it has been used by many people for approximately 20 years. However, due to recent changes in the local fitness industry environment and rising prices, we have regrettably determined that continued operation of the facility will be difficult.
We would like to express our sincere gratitude once again to all the local residents who have patronized this facility for so long and provided us with their warm support. We apologize for any inconvenience this closure may cause to our current members and ask for your understanding.
We will strive to ensure your comfort until the closure date, and we ask for your continued patronage until the very end.

Membership Withdrawal
・If you remain enrolled until November 30, 2026, you do not need to complete any withdrawal procedures.
・Please return your membership card to the front desk on your last day of use or dispose of it yourself.
※From the perspective of protecting personal information, we recommend cutting it with scissors before disposal.
・If you wish to withdraw before November 2026, please bring your membership card to the front desk and complete the procedures by the end of your desired month of withdrawal.
・Monthly membership fees will be debited from your account on the 20th or 25th of the current month.
Regarding Tickets for Lockers, Personal Lessons, etc.
If you have remaining time or sessions that cannot be used by the end of November, we will process refunds based on the remaining value. Please inquire at the front desk.
Machine Usage After Closure
Customers who wish to continue machine training can use the training room on the 2nd floor of the nearby Kashima Sports Center.
■Usage Fees:
General public (city residents) 330 yen (3 hours), General public (non-city residents) 490 yen (3 hours)
■How to Use:
After free registration at the Kashima Sports Center office, you can use the facility.
