We sell Kururin Chicken® (whole roasted chicken) from our food truck on weekends at Roadside Station Itako, though not on a regular schedule. The chicken, roasted (kururin) over charcoal while rotating, has crispy skin and juicy meat thanks to the far-infrared effect! If you're in the area, please stop by.
