This information session, part of the philosophy sponsorship activities (*) undertaken with member companies of the ANTLERS BUSINESS CLUB, targeted high school students in the surrounding Kashima region. This time, considering the spread of the novel coronavirus infection, students from Itako High School and Kashima Gakuen High School who wished to participate were able to attend. On the day of the event, thorough ventilation and infection control measures were implemented to welcome the students.

First, Koji Nakata, C.R.O., gave an opening address, and the event began.

In the first part, Fumihiko Koizumi, Representative Director and President of Kashima Antlers, gave a lecture to high school students who are about to choose their career paths. Reflecting on his own experiences, he spoke about career choices and motivation for work, sending a passionate message: "No experience is wasted; have a dream!"

In the second part, each participating company conducted company briefings at their respective booths, with recruitment staff and employees providing information.

At each company's booth, company information materials were displayed, and the decorations were also creatively designed.

During the approximately two-hour information session, the students actively participated, taking notes, diligently reading brochures, and nodding while listening to the company explanations.

The ANTLERS BUSINESS CLUB will continue to conduct activities aimed at contributing to the local community and society.
