On Friday, August 28, we held the Antlers Business Forum at Kashima Soccer Stadium, in collaboration with Sekisho Shoji Co., Ltd., our club partner. The forum was attended by business executives from Ibaraki Prefecture, as well as representatives from local governments and educational institutions. To prevent the spread of the novel coronavirus, the forum was held at multiple locations within the stadium, combining in-person attendees with online streaming. All participants cooperated with various measures, including smart temperature checks upon entry and exit, hand sanitization, and mask-wearing.

Before the forum, a backstage tour of Kashima Stadium was conducted.





First, a keynote speech was delivered online by Mr. Yushi Tanabe, Director of the Information Technology Utilization Promotion Division, Commerce and Information Policy Bureau, Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry.





Next, Mr. Kazuhiko Oigawa, Governor of Ibaraki Prefecture, Mr. Masaki Seki, Representative Director and President of Sekisho Shoji Co., Ltd., and Mr. Fumiaki Koizumi, Representative Director of Kashima Antlers, took the stage for a panel discussion. A Q&A session followed the panel discussion.















After a short break, Mr. Hideki Suzuki, Director and Marketing Director of Kashima Antlers, and Mr. Norio Tsuboyama, First General Deputy Manager of the Business Solutions Department at Sekisho Shoji Co., Ltd., presented "Sekisho Shoji x Kashima Antlers: Introduction of New Collaborative Business."





Finally, Mr. Yusuke Kaneko of the Kashima Antlers Business Strategy Team gave a presentation titled "Case Study of Business DX Implementation at Kashima Antlers."



At Kashima Stadium, Sekisho Shoji Co., Ltd. set up a system experience booth for labor management and optimal employee shift allocation, and also displayed six types of vehicles that the company handles as part of its mobility business.







Sekisho Shoji Co., Ltd. and Kashima Antlers will continue to collaborate on DX support projects to back the growth of businesses, local governments, and educational institutions within the prefecture.
