On Thursday, January 23rd, a press conference for the new team structure and new players was held at the Kashima Central Hotel. Representing Antlers were President and Representative Director Fumio Koizumi, Manager Zago, new players Sugioka, Hirose, Nagato, Nara, Everaldo, Juan Alano, and Izumi, as well as new recruits Yamada, Araki, Matsumura, and Someno.

First, representing the club, President and Representative Director Koizumi announced this season's slogan "Football Dream Miseru," as well as business policies, introductions of manager Zago and new players, and the new uniforms.



Next, Manager Zago, the new players, and rookie players appeared.
