The Miyazaki training camp entered its third day. In the morning, the team focused on training that emphasized switching between offense and defense, and in the afternoon, they worked up a sweat primarily with physical training.

Additionally, new recruits Everaldo and Juan Alano joined the team today.

In the morning, the team conducted passing drills, possession games, and shooting games, focusing on transitions between offense and defense and positioning during attacks. Despite the high-intensity drills, the players maintained their focus and engaged in the training.























In the afternoon practice, similar to yesterday, the team performed core training under the stadium eaves and 8 sets of 2-minute-30-second interval runs on the field. They are working hard as a team, sometimes encouraging each other with loud voices.

















Tomorrow's morning practice, scheduled for 9:30 AM, will be for designated members only. Afternoon practice will proceed as scheduled from 3:30 PM.
