Representatives from the hometowns of Kashima City, Itako City, Kamisu City, Namegata City, and Hokota City were invited, and the coach and players attended.
As the organizer, Kashima City Mayor Nishikiori, Chairman of the Antlers Hometown Council, gave a speech. From Antlers, President Shono, Zico TD, and Manager Oiwa also gave speeches. There was also a speech from guest Mr. Unno, Chairman of the Ibaraki Football Association, and the toast was made by Ibaraki Prefectural Assembly Member Honzawa.
During the social hour, players took commemorative photos and signed autographs. Many people came to greet local player Sogahata, and players Machida, Arima, and Sasaki from Ibaraki Prefecture.
Finally, Ibaraki Prefectural Assembly Member Taguchi gave a激励 (encouraging speech), and team captain Misao gave a speech, after which the players exited.
