Comments from the press conference are as follows:

[Shoji]
"I am deeply honored to be selected, and at the same time, I want to do my best representing Antlers. My teammate Kento Misao was also with me as a member until the final announcement, so I will carry his hopes too. I want to aim for heights Japan has not yet reached. And personally, I want to play consistently and contribute to victory."

[Ueda]
"I am truly happy to be selected. Of course, I will carry the burden of Japan, and I want to fight hard as a representative of Antlers. Also, I feel the responsibility of being chosen among many players who were not selected for this squad, and I want to approach daily practice with that in mind. If we're going to do it, we have to aim for victory. It might be a tough goal, but that's the fundamental premise of fighting as a team. Personally, I want to play in matches and contribute to Japan's victory."
