On Saturday, March 3rd, before the Gamba Osaka match, we held the Nippon Steel & Sumitomo Metal Presents Match Day Festival powered by Nissin Foods at the Kashima Antlers Clubhouse. This Match Day Festival featured a mini-soccer tournament. Participants received a "Chikin Ramen 5-pack," and the winning team received a "Certificate with Antlers Player Autographs" and a "Chikin Ramen bowl." 【Tournament Rules】 ・Entry as a team or individual ・5-a-side (can be changed depending on the number of registered players) ・League or tournament format ・Kick-in method ・No direct goals from kick-off or kick-in ・Goalkeeper throws the ball after catching it ・Unlimited substitutions Under a clear blue sky, approximately 100 people participated in this year's first Match Day Festival. Teams came from outside the prefecture, as far as Tochigi, and within the prefecture, from Ami. There were many 6th graders participating as their graduation was approaching. The children, who had been eagerly awaiting the season's opening, unleashed their pent-up energy on the pitch. Battling for the ball against opponents, and accurate passes after observing teammates carefully, it was quite a spectacle. ☆Winning Teams☆
