As host, Kashima Mayor Nishikiori, chairman of the Antlers Hometown Council, gave an address, followed by greetings from Antlers President Shono and Manager Oiwa. Speeches were also given by guest House of Representatives member Nukaga and Ibaraki Football Association Chairman Unno, and the toast was led by Ibaraki Prefectural Assembly member Saijo.
Finally, after words of encouragement from Ibaraki Prefectural Assembly member Taguchi, player representative Shōji gave a greeting, and the players departed.
