On Saturday, November 11th, we co-hosted the "KASHIMA TREASURE CUP" with T-Reasure Co., Ltd. at Kashima Soccer Stadium in Ibaraki Prefecture. This was a real-life treasure hunt that utilized participants' intellect, physical strength, and mental fortitude. Participants competed for points using their smartphones and tablets. Additionally, during a special event, questions were posed from VTRs featuring players Machida, Abe, Kanazaki, and Ogasawara. The top three participants with the most points from each mission were honored on the pitch. The ultimate winner received a special uniform and the right to use Kashima Stadium for one day.
Points could be earned in various locations, including the concourse and stands. In the mental strength mission, participants could earn points by stopping a stopwatch at 5 seconds without looking or by completing a puzzle in 10 seconds.
Points could also be earned in areas normally off-limits, such as the press conference room, doping control room, and player locker rooms.
There were two physical strength missions. Participants cleared a mission by putting a ball into a basket using either their foot, head, or hand. Another mission involved wearing a pedometer, dashing in place, and running 40 steps within 10 seconds to clear it.
