On Saturday, August 19th, before the match against Shimizu S-Pulse, the Nippon Steel & Sumitomo Metal Presents Match Day Festival powered by Nissin Foods was held at the Kashima Antlers Clubhouse.
The Match Day Festival is a 5-a-side soccer tournament. As a participation prize, "Cup Noodle Rasa Gulai Ayam Melayu" was given, and the winning team received a "Certificate with Autographs of Antlers Players" and "Cup Noodle Champignons."

【Tournament Rules】
・5-a-side (can be changed depending on the number of registered players)
・Kick-in system
・No direct goals from kick-off or kick-in
・Goalkeeper throws the ball after catching it
・Unlimited player substitutions

With summer vacation almost over, we had many participants from both within and outside the prefecture, just like last time.
Approximately 200 children participated in this Match Day Festival.



The futsal ground has been renovated, and the children played on the new artificial turf pitch, seemingly testing out its feel.Matches were also held on Ground D and the multi-purpose ground, where teams worked together to aim for victory.

The next Match Day Festival will be held on Sunday, September 3rd, at 13:00, before the Levain Cup match against Vegalta Sendai at the Antlers Clubhouse. We look forward to seeing many of you there!
