J1 Matchday 6: Cerezo Osaka Match - Event Report

On Saturday, April 8th, for the J1 League Matchday 6 against Cerezo Osaka, the stadium was bustling with various events. These included concourse events as part of "Tojo Day" for Friendly Town Days, a project from our new club official sponsor Mercari, the regular "Kashima BIG" visitor present campaign, and sales of the 2017 NEWYORKER official suits. Additionally, J.League advisor Takafumi Horie attended this match, visiting the Antlers Sports Clinic and museum. After the match, "Izakaya Horie Channel" was broadcast live from the stadium's 1F lobby lounge.

【Friendly Town Days "Tojo Day"】
Elementary, junior high, and high school students, individuals aged 65 and over, and fan club members residing, attending school, or working in Tojo Town, one of Antlers' friendly towns, were invited for free. General residents, students, and workers in Tojo Town also received special discounts.

On the concourse, the Yosakoi dance group "Kabu Ren," active in Tojo, performed an original Tojo Yosakoi song as a stage event.

Also, specialty strawberries from Tojo Town, "Aiberry," and sweets made with these strawberries were sold.

【Mercari Wall】
The path under the solar panels from JR Kashima Soccer Stadium Station to the stadium has been named "Mercari Road" for home games and club-hosted events. For this match only, a 16-meter-long "Mercari Wall" was installed on Mercari Road, adorned with original Mercari x Kashima Antlers novelty goods, which were quickly snapped up. Many visitors were seen wearing the sunglasses, which were among the goods, and taking photos with messages.

【Mercari x Antlers Original Sticker Distribution】
At the gates, original design stickers featuring a collaboration between Mercari and Shikao were distributed to the first 20,000 visitors. There were six types of stickers, and the back of each contained a coupon redeemable on the Mercari flea market app.

【2017 NEWYORKER Official Suit Sales Event】
NEWYORKER, our official supplier, held a stadium sales event for the 2017 official suits (worn by players and staff) at a special price for supporters. In addition to the official suits, collaborative Antlers merchandise was also available. Purchasers received original postcards and posters. Once again, C.R.O. Nakata assisted at the sales booth.

【Visitor Present Campaign "Kashima BIG"】
A lottery was held for stadium visitors, with prizes including 100L fuel service vouchers and hand car wash service vouchers provided by Sekisho Shoji. Also, as the "Sumifru Prize," sets of Kanajukuou Gold Premium bananas (1 pack), Kanajukuou pineapples (1 whole), and Premium Rich avocados (2 pieces) were given away.

【Photo Print & Lottery Present Campaign via Social Media Printer】
A photo present campaign utilizing a social media printer (PICSPOT) was held for visitors. This popular event from last year allowed visitors to print photos uploaded via social media on the spot as a gift. The first 500 visitors received their printed photos in an original "Mercari x Antlers Photo Folder" to take home.

Visitors experienced watching "DAZN (Dazn)," the live streaming service that broadcasts J.League matches, on various compatible devices such as smartphones, TVs, and PCs.
