SOCIO FESTA 2016

On Monday, July 19th (holiday), SOCIO FESTA 2016 was held at Kashima Stadium. Approximately 900 people attended and participated in concourse and pitch events. Attendees also received special player business card. The concourse featured a signing area, and players enjoyed interacting with fans at the food court. A photo area was set up on the pitch.

[Venue Reception]
Despite the heat, many people lined up before the opening. After registering in the main lobby, they headed to the concourse with souvenirs in hand.

[Opening Ceremony]
The opening ceremony, which began at 3 PM, was hosted by C.R.O. Nakata and Mitsuyo Takagi, just like last year. Representative Director and President Shigeru Ihata and player-chairman Daigo Nishi gave speeches.

[Photo Area]
At the "Photo Area" set up on the pitch, participants took commemorative photos with players, the manager, and coaches, divided by position. The 1st Stage championship trophy and flag were also displayed at the group photo location.

[Signing Area]
At the "Signing Area" in the concourse booths, autograph sessions were held. Despite the heat, participants lined up to get autographs from their favorite players.

[Food Court]
Various popular foods and drinks, familiar from home games, were offered. The manager, coaches, players, and C.R.O. Nakata all participated, interacting with attendees by handing out special original business cards for the day, signing autographs, and taking photos.

[Closing Ceremony]
At the closing ceremony, Manager Ishii greeted the participants. Additionally, player Ueda thanked the SOCIO members who contributed to the charity auction. Player Kushibiki, representing those participating in the Rio Olympics, then expressed his determination.

[Charity Auction]
After the SOCIO FESTA concluded, players personally handed over spikes to those SOCIO members who successfully bid on them at the "2016 Kumamoto Earthquake Disaster" charity auction. Player Ueda thanked each successful bidder individually.
