May 4th: Nippon Steel & Sumitomo Metal Presents Match Day Festival Powered by Nissin Foods

On Wednesday, May 4th (holiday), before the match against Albirex Niigata, we held the Shin-Nippon Steel & Sumitomo Metal Presents Match Day Festival powered by Nissin Foods at the Bokuden no Sato Sports Park. The Match Day Festival is a 5-a-side mini-soccer tournament. Participating children received Nissin Chicken Ramen. The winning team also received a certificate with an autograph from an Antlers player. [Tournament Rules] ・5 players per side (changeable depending on the number of registered players)

・No direct goals from kick-off or kick-in
・Goalkeeper throws the ball after catching it
・Unlimited substitutions

The weather was beautiful on the day of the event, and the participating children played energetically.
Teams aiming for consecutive victories and teams aiming for their first championship, all age groups challenged the matches by cooperating with their teammates.

Next to the court, parent-child soccer classes and exchange matches with Albirex Niigata school students were also held.
In the parent-child soccer class, children were seen surprised and cheering at their fathers' shots.

The exchange match with the Albirex Niigata school students, who were the opponents on this day, turned into a passionate battle where neither side wanted to lose.

The next Match Day Festival is scheduled to be held on Saturday, May 14th, before the match against Yokohama F. Marinos (kick-off at 19:00), at Bokuden no Sato Sports Park (next to Kashima Soccer Stadium), with registration starting at 14:00.
