Before morning practice, a group photo shoot was held with the new uniforms for J. League registration. Although there was some wind, the weather was warm, and the shoot was completed without incident. Afterwards, there was a light warm-up followed by about an hour of shooting practice combined with physical training. Due to the high intensity, the field players returned to the hotel for a recovery workout in the pool. The afternoon training was changed to only goalkeepers.

Shooting practice combined with physical training was held at three locations, and players took turns shooting repeatedly.

Today, President Ihata and Executive General Manager Suzuki paid a courtesy visit. They visited the Miyazaki Prefectural Government, Miyazaki City Hall, and the Miyazaki Prefectural Football Association, where they presented pennants. They received words of encouragement for the 2016 season.


We presented the 2016 season uniform and pennant to Governor Kono of Miyazaki Prefecture. The Governor presented us with Miyazaki beef.


We also presented the 2016 season uniform and pennant to Mayor Toshiki of Miyazaki City.


We presented a pennant to Executive Director Nagakura of the Miyazaki Prefectural Football Association.
