On June 12, Sogahata and Ryuga Suzuki visited Kashima City Nakanonishi Elementary School. When the two players appeared in the gymnasium, about 100 students welcomed them with applause.

After receiving opening remarks from a representative student, both players introduced themselves. Sogahata greeted them by saying, "It's a short time, but I hope we can all enjoy it," and Ryuga also called out, "I've been looking forward to today. Let's all have fun and break a sweat!" Afterward, as a demonstration, they performed juggling with students who volunteered.

After juggling, Sogahata gave a goalkeeping demonstration. Standing in the goal, Sogahata faced off against the students in a penalty shootout. When staff asked for students to take shots, more than half, over 50 children, formed a line. Sogahata responded to all the shots, saving one after another, but he did concede one goal. After a wry smile, Sogahata applauded and praised the student who scored.

During the penalty challenge, Ryuga watched and interacted with the students. He chatted with them and even lifted some students with his arms, making him very popular.

After the demonstration, they enjoyed dodgeball. Both players joined different teams and cheerfully chased the ball. There was even a moment when Sogahata hit Ryuga with the ball and high-fived the students. Both players seemed to struggle with the soft ball, often failing to catch it cleanly and ending up in the outfield.

After dodgeball, it was time for commemorative photos by grade. The fun time flew by, and students were heard saying, "That was fun! I want to do more!"

Finally, a representative student gave a heartwarming message: "We're rooting for you in your upcoming games. Good luck! Today was a lot of fun." Ryuga called out, "It was a really fun time. I know you all have classes after this, but we'll also work hard in practice, so everyone, do your best!" Sogahata added, "The stadium is close by, so please invite your friends and family to come and cheer us on!"

Both players presented autographed cards to student representatives from each grade. They also gave pennants to the students who served as MCs.

And then, at the very end, there was a surprise from Sogahata. He presented his shoes to the student who had scored the only goal in the penalty challenge. He signed them on the spot and handed them over directly. It must have been an unforgettable memory for the student.

Both players left the gymnasium, seen off by the applause of the students. Ryuga was surrounded by students and couldn't move forward easily. Reluctantly saying goodbye, Ryuga left the gymnasium with the words, "I'll come again!"
