This event, part of the philosophy sponsorship activities (*) undertaken with ANTLERS BUSINESS CLUB member companies, was held during a Kashima Antlers home game. Its purpose was to create a connection between ANTLERS BUSINESS CLUB member companies located in and around the Antlers' hometown and Kashima Antlers fans and supporters, thereby contributing to securing human resources for local companies, increasing awareness of recruitment activities, and promoting companies, with the ultimate goal of future regional economic development.
Additionally, six cities and towns from our hometown and friendly towns participated and provided explanations regarding their immigration and settlement policies.

By having the staff of the participating companies wear their own Antlers goods, we aimed to create a fair where visitors could feel more at ease and participate casually. As a result, a sense of unity was fostered throughout the venue, and active exchanges took place in a friendly atmosphere.
On the day of the event, a total of 76 participants, including those who pre-registered and those who joined on the day, attended. At each company booth, enthusiastic participants listened attentively to the explanations, and active question-and-answer sessions continued until the end of the event. After participating in the career fair, those who cooperated with the survey received the following benefits.
We hope that this event will serve as a bridge between ANTLERS BUSINESS CLUB member companies and Antlers fans and supporters, leading to regional contribution and revitalization.
