This event was conducted as part of the ANTLERS BUSINESS CLUB's philosophy sponsorship activities (*), with the cooperation of the Ibaraki Red Cross Blood Center. This blood donation drive followed the 9th ANTLERS BUSINESS CLUB Blood Donation Support Project at the Clubhouse, held in front of the Kashima Antlers clubhouse on Friday, December 6, 2024, and aimed to secure blood donors.
The day started beautifully with clear skies, giving a taste of early summer. By 10 AM, the start time, reserved donors arrived one after another and participated in the blood drive.
As the match was held during Golden Week, we saw the largest number of visitors and blood donation participants this season.
After a good rest, it was time for the exciting lottery after the blood donation. Everyone tried their luck in the lottery, aiming for a prize!
Participants enjoyed the lottery, each with different hopes, wishing for a win.
The winner received a 25 NIKE replica uniform (1st) signed by a player!
Thanks to the cooperation of 57 individuals, we were able to secure an amount of blood equivalent to approximately 30% of what is delivered to medical institutions in the prefecture in one day. The blood generously donated by everyone will be used for patients facing life-threatening situations, such as those with cancer or leukemia, and those experiencing massive bleeding due to traffic accidents or childbirth.
The ANTLERS BUSINESS CLUB will continue to carry out activities aimed at community and social contribution.
