The annual curtain-raiser match was also held! In this match, 6th-grade elementary school students nearing graduation from the school participated and chased the ball on the pitch at Kashima Stadium. After the curtain-raiser match, top team players who were not in the FC Tokyo match squad appeared on the pitch. They high-fived and took photos with the school students.
