On Saturday, July 6, the "ANTLERS BUSINESS CLUB Job Fair" was held at Kashima Sports Center. This event, as part of the philosophy-based sponsorship activities (*) in collaboration with ANTLERS BUSINESS CLUB member companies, was held during Kashima Antlers home games. Its purpose was to create connection points between ANTLERS BUSINESS CLUB member companies located in the vicinity, primarily around the Antlers' hometown, and Kashima Antlers fans and supporters. This was done to contribute to securing human resources for local businesses, increasing awareness of recruitment activities, promoting companies, and ultimately developing the local economy. Additionally, two friendly towns participated and provided explanations about their relocation and settlement policies.

The event was held with the concept of a job fair where staff from participating companies wore their own Antlers merchandise, making it more approachable and easy to join. This created a unified and homely atmosphere throughout the venue.





On the day of the event, 113 people pre-registered and 60 people attended on the day, for a total of 173 participants. There was a continuous stream of attendees at each company booth, eagerly listening to explanations until the event concluded.
