After all participating companies finished preparing their booths, an orientation was held in the conference room.

Before the joint company information session began, Antlers alumnus Shinichiro Kawamata gave an enthusiastic message of encouragement to the high school students and spoke about what is important for becoming a working adult.

After that, the joint company information session began.

The information session proceeded in a rotational format, dividing the 27 Business Club companies and 157 students into four groups. Each company had approximately 10 minutes to explain their business and communicate with the high school students, who then moved to the next company's booth.
Although the time was short, there was active interaction between the high school students and the companies, and during the free time at the end of the event, some high school students actively asked questions to companies they were interested in.
High school students were able to attend presentations from up to 8 companies, and received positive feedback such as "It was fun to learn about many companies" and "This will be useful for my future career path."

The 27 participating companies each put together unique and easy-to-understand explanations of their business for the high school students. It was impressive to see the high school students, with a sense of taking their first step towards becoming working adults, listen intently to the presentations until the very end.
We hope that this event will lead to local high school students finding employment at local companies, contributing to regional development and revitalization.
We sincerely thank all the participating companies and high school students.
Furthermore, NHK Mito Broadcasting Station and the Ibaraki Shimbun newspaper attended the event on the day, and their reports on the ANTLERS BUSINESS CLUB's initiatives were featured in local news programs and newspapers the following day.

The ANTLERS BUSINESS CLUB will continue to carry out activities aimed at regional and social contribution.
