The rivalry against our old foe, who has staged numerous classic matches since the inception of the J.League, will be rekindled. The first match of this series against Iwata at Kashima Stadium will be the first in "697 days" since May 3, 2022.
Yasuhito Honda and Akira Narahashi to appear! Public Interview for FREAKS
As a special feature for "FREAKS" monthly content, exclusive to SÓCIO and Fan Club members, we will host a public interview with club legends Yasuhito Honda and Akira Narahashi. These two players, who fiercely competed on the pitch during an era known as "the two powerhouses," will engage in a discussion centered on the theme "Legends Share Memories of the Clássico."
SÓCIO and Fan Club members can attend for free, while general admission is 1,000 yen (tax included). This event requires pre-registration, so please apply if you wish to attend!
Museum Photo Exhibition!
A photo exhibition looking back at the history of intense battles with Iwata will be held in the exhibition space of the Kashima Soccer Museum (inside the stadium).
The first encounter was 30 years ago, at the opening match of the 1994 season. The fated rivalry that began then created countless dramas, not only during the golden age from 1996 to 2002 when they were called "the two powerhouses" and shared titles, but also through many famous players, dramatic goals, moments of joy, and matches where titles were narrowly missed, continuing to this day. This exhibition commemorates "30 years of history" with carefully selected photographs. We look forward to your visit!
