Group sales are a service that allows you to purchase a total of 20 or more tickets of the same seat type for each match at the discounted SÓCIO/Fan Club member advance price. If you wish to visit by bus, you can also use our exclusive parking lot (space is limited).

■Payment Processing Fee
A fee of 220 yen will be charged for every 12 tickets.
・For 20-24 tickets: 440 yen
・For 25-36 tickets: 660 yen
・For 37-48 tickets: 880 yen

How to Apply
1) Application・Please fill out the required information on the dedicated group ticket form to apply.

2) Payment and Issuance
・Within 5 days of your application, a payment slip number (13 digits) will be sent to the email address registered during your application.
・Please present the payment slip number at the Seven-Eleven store cashier, pay for your tickets, and receive them.
*For customers who wish to use bus parking, we will also inform you about the availability of bus parking. The information will include a form for you to enter information about the bus that will be parking on the day of the match, so please provide the necessary information.
3) Entry
On the day of the match, please hold the barcode on your ticket over the gate terminal to enter.
Notes
・If the desired seat type is sold out at the time of your application, we will not be able to provide tickets. Even if there are remaining seats, if we are unable to secure the desired number of seats or if the seats are separated, we will contact you.・Area designation (e.g., South side, North side) is not possible at the time of application. Please be aware of this in advance.
・Changes or cancellations cannot be accepted after application.
・One "payment slip number" will be issued for every 12 tickets. If you do not receive a "payment slip number" within 5 business days after applying, there may be a communication problem. Please contact the Kashima Antlers Call Center.
・If the payment deadline provided is exceeded, the tickets you applied for will become invalid.
・Tickets cannot be reissued, changed, or refunded under any circumstances. Please be careful not to lose them.
・Bus parking is limited. It may not be available at the time of application. Please be aware of this in advance.
・For groups cheering with visitor team merchandise, parking may differ from other groups due to security reasons. If this applies to you, please be sure to answer in the application form.
・A payment processing fee will be incurred even when applying for "West Zone (unreserved seats) Elementary School Age and Younger" and "East Zone (unreserved seats) Elementary School Age and Younger" seat types, which are eligible for the "Free admission for all elementary school age and younger children at all home games nationwide" policy. Additionally, if you only apply for eligible seat types, we may contact you to confirm the purchase of tickets for accompanying adults.
