■About Preschool Children
Preschool children do not require a ticket if they watch from the lap of an accompanying adult, with a limit of one preschool child per adult. If a seat is required, a separate ticket is necessary.

■For Wheelchair Users
"Wheelchair seating" is a designated viewing space for wheelchair users. One accompanying person can enter free of charge.

[How to Arrive on Match Day]
On match day, please come to the reception desk next to the wheelchair-accessible parking lot (D parking lot) on the back stand side. After reception, you will enter through the dedicated entrance (near Gate 5). The QR ticket for the accompanying person will be provided at reception.
[Notes on Wheelchair Seating]
・Season ticket members with Supporters' Seats can select wheelchair seats and obtain a ticket for 0 yen.
・It is not possible to watch the game from a wheelchair in seats other than the dedicated viewing space.

■Regarding the Sale of B Parking Tickets
・Parking tickets for Kashima Soccer Stadium B Parking will be sold by advance reservation. Since it is a reservation system, you cannot use it without a ticket.
・Please purchase parking tickets in advance from "Kashima Ticket". They will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis until the day of the match, up to the available number of parking spaces.
・On the day of the match, please hold your purchased ticket over the dedicated terminal held by staff at the B parking entrance to enter the parking lot.
