■Regarding Preschool Children
For preschool children, if they are watching on a guardian's lap, one preschool child per accompanying adult does not require a ticket. If a seat is required, a separate ticket will be needed. *If choosing West Zone, East Zone, or Supporters Seats, please purchase tickets at the elementary, junior high, and high school student price.
■For Wheelchair Seating Users
"Wheelchair seating" is a viewing space exclusively for wheelchair users. One accompanying person may enter free of charge.
Advance reservations are required to use the viewing space and parking. Since the number of seats is limited, please be sure to make an advance reservation.

[How to Arrive on Match Day]
On match day, please come to the reception next to the wheelchair-only parking lot (D parking) on the back stand side. After reception, you will enter through the dedicated entrance (Gate 5 side). The attendant's ticket (QR) will be given to you at reception.
[Notes on Wheelchair Seating]
・Season ticket members who have Supporters Seats can select wheelchair seats and acquire a seat for 0 yen.
・You cannot watch the game from a wheelchair in seats other than the dedicated viewing space.

■Regarding the Sale of B Parking Tickets
・Parking tickets for Kashima Soccer Stadium B parking lot will be sold by advance reservation. Due to the advance reservation system, you cannot use it if you do not have a ticket. ・Please purchase parking tickets in advance from "Kashi Ticket." Sales will be on a first-come, first-served basis for the number of available parking spaces until the match day. ・On match day, please present your purchased ticket to the dedicated terminal held by the staff at the B parking lot entrance to enter the parking lot.

You can enter with your IC card or app membership card.
SÓCIO members can enter directly with their IC cards. In addition to their annual reserved seats, they can purchase tickets at the SÓCIO/Fan Club advance price.

(2) Season Supporters Seat・Half Season Supporters Seat
Please be sure to apply for a 0-yen acquisition ticket from "Kashi Ticket" (you cannot enter with an IC card or app membership card).
For each match, you need to select your viewing seat from "Kashi Ticket" and acquire one free ticket. If you do not acquire a viewing ticket in advance, you will not be able to watch the match, so please be sure to specify your viewing seat for each match. You can also purchase tickets at the SÓCIO/Fan Club advance price from the same time as season ticket sales. *By linking your fan club membership number and J.League ID, you can select your viewing seat from "Kashi Ticket" and acquire one free ticket.

・When purchasing same-day tickets at the stadium, you can choose the seat type, but you cannot specify the seat location.
・A separate handling fee of 200 yen (tax included) per ticket will be charged in addition to the same-day ticket price.
・If tickets are sold out, same-day tickets will not be sold at the stadium.
・It takes approximately 10 minutes for ticket data to reflect from ticket issuance to the gate terminal. If you are purchasing tickets at the same-day ticket counter, please arrive with ample time.
・Even on match day, you can purchase tickets from "Kashi Ticket." The same-day ticket counter may be crowded, so please use "Kashi Ticket."
