In addition, reserved seats in Category 4 and Category 6 (lower tier of the back stand) will be sold at a special price.

■About Pre-school Children
For pre-school children who will watch the game on an accompanying adult's lap, one pre-school child per adult does not require a ticket. If a seat is required, a separate ticket must be purchased.
※If choosing East Zone or Supporters' Seats, please purchase tickets at the elementary, middle, or high school student price.
■For Wheelchair Users
“Wheelchair Seating” is a viewing space specifically for wheelchair users. One attendant may enter free of charge.
Advance reservations are required to use the viewing space and parking. As the number of seats is limited, please be sure to make a reservation in advance.

[How to Arrive on Match Day]
On match day, please come to the reception desk next to the wheelchair-only parking lot (D parking lot) on the back stand side. After reception, you will enter through the exclusive entrance (near Gate 5). The attendant's ticket (QR) will be given to you at reception.
[Notes on Wheelchair Seating]
・Season ticket members with Supporters' Seats can select wheelchair seats and acquire a ticket for ¥0.
・It is not possible to watch the game from a wheelchair in seats other than the dedicated viewing space.

■About Sales of B Parking Tickets
・Parking tickets for Kashima Soccer Stadium B Parking will be sold by advance reservation. Since it is by advance reservation, you cannot use it without a ticket.
・Please purchase parking tickets in advance from "Kashima Ticket". They will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis until the match day, up to the number of available parking spaces.
・On the match day, please hold your purchased ticket over the dedicated terminal held by staff at the B parking lot entrance to enter the parking lot.

(2) Season Supporters' Seat・Half Season Supporters' Seat
Please be sure to apply for a ¥0 ticket from "Kashima Ticket" (entry with IC card or app membership card is not possible).
You must select a seat for each match from "Kashima Ticket" and acquire one ticket for free. If you do not acquire a ticket in advance, you will not be able to watch the match, so please be sure to specify your seat for each match.
You can also purchase tickets at the SÓCIO/Fan Club advance sale price at the same time as season tickets go on sale.
※If you link your fan club membership number to your J.League ID, you can select a seat from "Kashima Ticket" and acquire one ticket for free.

・When purchasing same-day tickets at the stadium, you can choose the seat type, but you cannot specify the seat location.
・An additional handling fee of 200 yen (tax included) per ticket will be charged to the same-day ticket price.
・If tickets are sold out, same-day tickets will not be sold at the stadium.
・It takes approximately 10 minutes for data to be reflected from ticket issuance to the gate terminal. If you purchase tickets at the same-day ticket counter, please arrive with plenty of time.
