■For pre-school children
Pre-school children do not require a ticket if they watch on the lap of an accompanying adult, up to one pre-school child per accompanying adult. If a seat is required, a separate ticket is necessary. If choosing the West Zone, East Zone, or Supporters' Seat, please purchase a junior high/high school student ticket.
■For wheelchair users
The "wheelchair accessible seats" are designated viewing spaces for wheelchair users. One accompanying person can enter for free. Pre-booking is required for the viewing space and parking. As there are a limited number of seats, please make sure to pre-book.

【How to arrive on match day】
On match day, please come to the reception next to the wheelchair-accessible parking lot (D parking lot) on the back stand side. After reception, you will enter through the dedicated entrance (Gate 5 side). The ticket (QR) for the accompanying person will be given at reception.
【Important notes regarding wheelchair accessible seats】
・Season ticket members who have Supporters' Seats can select wheelchair accessible seats and acquire them for 0 yen.
・You cannot watch the game from your wheelchair in seats other than the dedicated viewing space.
・If you have any questions, please contact the Kashima Antlers Call Center.
■Regarding the sale of B parking tickets
・Parking tickets for Kashima Soccer Stadium B parking lot will be sold by advance reservation. Since it is by advance reservation, you cannot use it if you do not have a ticket.
・Please purchase parking tickets in advance from "Shika Ticket." Sales will be on a first-come, first-served basis, up to the number of available parking spaces until the match day.
・On match day, please hold your purchased ticket over the dedicated terminal held by staff at the B parking lot entrance to enter the parking lot.

SÓCIO members can enter directly with their IC cards. In addition, you can purchase tickets at the SÓCIO/Fan Club advance sale price in addition to your annual reserved seats.

(2) Season Supporters' Seat / Half Season Supporters' Seat
Please be sure to apply for a 0-yen ticket through "Shika Ticket" (you cannot enter with an IC card or app membership card).
For each match, you must select your viewing seat from "Shika Ticket" and acquire one free ticket. If you do not acquire a viewing ticket in advance, you will not be able to watch the match, so please be sure to specify your viewing seat for each match.
In addition, you can purchase tickets at the SÓCIO/Fan Club advance sale price at the same time as season ticket sales.
※By linking your fan club membership number with your J.League ID, you can select your viewing seat from "Shika Ticket" and acquire one free ticket.

・It takes approximately 10 minutes for ticket issuance to be reflected in the gate terminal data. If you purchase same-day tickets at the counter, please allow ample time to arrive.
