■For Preschool Children
For preschool children, if they are watching on a companion's lap, one preschool child per companion does not require a ticket. If a seat is required, a separate ticket is necessary. If you choose the West Zone, East Zone, or Supporters' Seat, please purchase a ticket at the elementary, middle, or high school student price.
■For Wheelchair Users
"Wheelchair seating" is a viewing space specifically for wheelchair users. One accompanying person can enter for free.
Advance reservations are required to use the viewing space and parking. As seating is limited, please be sure to make a reservation in advance.

[How to arrive on match day]
On match day, please come to the reception desk next to the wheelchair-exclusive parking lot (D parking lot) on the back stand side. After reception, you will enter through the exclusive entrance (near Gate 5). The QR ticket for your accompanying person will be provided at the reception desk.
[Notes regarding wheelchair seating]
・Season ticket members who have Supporters' Seats can select wheelchair seating and obtain a ticket for 0 yen.
・You cannot watch the match from a wheelchair in seats other than the dedicated viewing space.
・If you have any questions, please contact the Kashima Antlers Call Center.
■Regarding the sale of B parking tickets
・Parking tickets for Kashima Soccer Stadium B parking lot will be sold by advance reservation. Due to the advance reservation system, you cannot use the parking lot if you do not have a ticket.
・Please purchase parking tickets in advance from "Kashima Tickets". Sales will continue until the match day on a first-come, first-served basis for the available number of parking spaces.
・On the match day, please hold your purchased ticket over the dedicated terminal held by staff at the B parking lot entrance to enter the parking lot.

You can enter with your IC card or app membership card.
SÓCIO members can enter directly with their IC card. In addition to their annual reserved seats, they can purchase tickets at the SÓCIO/Fan Club advance purchase price.

(2) Season Supporters' Seat / Half Season Supporters' Seat
Please be sure to apply for a 0-yen ticket from "Kashima Tickets" (entry with IC card/app membership card is not possible).
For each match, you need to select your viewing seat from "Kashima Tickets" and obtain one free ticket. If you do not obtain a viewing ticket in advance, you will not be able to watch the match, so please be sure to specify your viewing seat for each match.
Additionally, you can purchase tickets at the SÓCIO/Fan Club advance purchase price from the same time as season tickets go on sale.

About Same-Day Ticket Sales at the Stadium
You can purchase tickets at the event counter outside the stadium on match day.

・When purchasing same-day tickets at the stadium, you can choose the seat type, but you cannot specify the seat location.
・A separate handling fee of 200 yen (tax included) per ticket will be charged in addition to the same-day ticket price.

・It takes approximately 10 minutes for ticket issuance data to be reflected on the gate terminal. If you are purchasing same-day tickets at the counter, please arrive with plenty of time.
