Fan Service Rules
・Fan services will be held in the designated area after public practice sessions. Please note that fan services will not be held on the day before and two days before official matches, which are closed practice days.・During two-a-day practices, fan services will only be held after the morning practice.
・On days when training matches are held, fan services will only be available after the match ends. Please note that players who finish their training menu and leave the ground before the match ends will not participate in fan services. This measure is to avoid confusion on the ground and in the stands and to ensure a proper playing environment for training matches. Your understanding is appreciated.
・Fan services will not be provided before practice starts or outside the designated area. It is extremely dangerous for people to gather near the entrance/exit of the player and staff parking lot as it can cause accidents. The club cannot be held responsible for any accidents that may occur, so please be aware of this in advance.
・Signatures are limited to one per person per player, and requests for additional personal names or messages beyond the signature are not permitted.
・Photo opportunities are limited to one per person per player. Please refrain from having players hold your belongings, infants, or pets for photos.
・The sale of player autographs, photos, etc., without club permission is prohibited. Please use them for personal enjoyment, such as on social media or personal websites.
・As with practice viewing, please refrain from video recording during fan services.
・Some players may refrain from fan service due to their condition or other reasons. Also, due to inclement weather or training content, there may be time restrictions or fan services may be suddenly canceled.
Precautions Regarding Practice Viewing
・Practices two days and one day before matches are closed to the public and cannot be viewed.・Please refrain from reserving spots in the viewing stands with sheets or other items.
・Please refrain from posting information about players participating in practice on match days on social media or websites, as this may lead to the identification or estimation of match roster information.
・Only still photos are permitted during practice. Video recording is prohibited to prevent the leakage of information such as training content and tactics. Furthermore, depending on the practice content, all photography, including still images, may be prohibited.
・The様子 of the viewing stands on public practice days may be used by official club media and external media.
・The practice schedule may be subject to sudden changes.
・The wearing of masks during practice viewing and inside the clubhouse is left to individual discretion. Please take appropriate measures according to your physical condition.
・When viewing practice, please make sure to view from the designated viewing stands.
・Please take adequate care of your valuables and belongings.
・Balls may fly into the stands during viewing, so please be extremely careful. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any accidents or injuries during viewing.
・If you come by car, please use the parking lot in front of the clubhouse or the second parking lot. Please refrain from parking in any other areas.
・The Antlers Cafe is not available to the general public.
