"Antlers Business College" is a program where participants can learn about the sports business from various perspectives, from management to on-site operations, by experiencing actual case studies of Kashima Antlers. The 3rd term was held from June 2022 to October 2022.
In the 4th term, which will run for approximately six months starting from June 2023, participants will acquire basic management know-how through classroom lectures led by Antlers management and other instructors. In addition, they will gain practical knowledge through real case studies, discussions among participants, and the consideration and proposal of specific business plans. The program aims to foster individuals who can contribute to the region and society by deepening their understanding of the entire sports business, not just football.

In addition, managers from various groups within the club will participate in the program, and individuals who have led sports business fields other than football are also scheduled to speak.

・Business professionals currently involved in or aspiring to be involved in the sports business.・Professional athletes and sports management company staff who want to deepen their understanding of the sports business.
・Local government officials and staff from sponsor/partner companies who are involved with the sports business but want to deepen their understanding and utilize it more effectively.
