Regarding changes to fan service rules

Please be informed that we are making some changes to the top team's fan service rules.

Since the resumption of fan services on Tuesday, March 14, many fans and supporters have visited the clubhouse on public training days. The entire club sincerely appreciates your support.

In light of the fan service implementation status and the crowded conditions of the stands since the resumption of fan services, we have decided to change the rules. Fan services will not be provided on the day before and two days before official matches (private training days), and the number of autographs and photos will be limited. This decision was made to provide fan service opportunities in an equitable manner to as many people as possible, and to consider the players' conditioning.

Please note that fan services are still not permitted before practice or outside designated areas, and that it may not be possible to accommodate everyone.

When visiting the clubhouse, please check the precautions regarding practice viewing and the practice schedule, and we ask for your understanding and cooperation in complying with the fan service rules.

About Fan Service Rules

■Updated March 18
・Fan services will be held after the public training session in the designated area. Please note that fan services will not be held on the day before and two days before official matches (private training days).
During two-a-day training, fan services will only be held after the morning practice.
On days when training matches are held, fan services will only be available after the match. Players who finish their training menu and leave the field before the end of the match will not participate in fan services. This measure is to avoid confusion on the field and in the stands and to ensure a proper playing environment for training matches. Your understanding is appreciated.
Autographs are limited to one per person per player, and requests for personal names or messages other than autographs are not permitted.
Photos are limited to one per person per player, and taking photos with your belongings, infants, or pets held by the players is not permitted.

■No changes
Fan services will not be held before practice or outside designated areas. It is very dangerous for people to gather near the entrance and exit of the player and staff parking lot, as it can cause accidents. The club cannot be held responsible for any accidents that occur, so please be aware of this in advance.
You may not sell player autographs, photos, etc., without the club's permission. Please use them for personal enjoyment, such as on social media or websites.
・As with practice viewing, please refrain from taking videos during fan services.
・Some players may refrain from fan service due to their condition or other reasons. In addition, in case of inclement weather or depending on the training content, there may be time restrictions or fan services may be canceled suddenly.

Precautions regarding practice viewing

・Practice on the day before a match is private and cannot be viewed.
Please refrain from posting information about players participating in practice on the day of a match on social media or websites, as it may lead to the identification or estimation of match participants.
Only still images can be taken during practice. To prevent the leakage of information such as training content and tactics, video recording is prohibited. In addition, depending on the practice content, all photography, including still images, may be prohibited.
・The viewing stands on public practice days may be used by official club media and external media.
・The practice schedule may change suddenly.
・The wearing of masks during practice viewing and inside the clubhouse is left to individual judgment. Please take appropriate measures according to your physical condition.
・When viewing practice, please be sure to view from the viewing stands.
・Please take sufficient care in managing your valuables and belongings.
・Please be very careful as balls may fly into the stands during viewing. In addition, we cannot be held responsible for accidents or injuries during viewing.

・The Antlers Cafe is not available to the general public.

About repair work on the viewing stands

From March to early May, repair work will be carried out on the viewing stands on both A and B grounds. The work will proceed sequentially, starting from the stands on the opposite side of the training ground. During the construction, a buffer zone (no-viewing area) will be set up in part of the viewing stands for safety reasons, and the fan service area may be changed depending on the situation. Your understanding and cooperation are appreciated.
