Regarding the sales settings error
There was an error in the ticket sales settings for the Supporters' Home Free Seating (lower south stand), which prevented customers from purchasing tickets via "Shika Ticket" since Wednesday, February 8th.As of Monday, February 20th, approximately 2,400 seats are available for purchase. Therefore, starting from 10:00 AM on Tuesday, February 21st, we will be offering seat changes for customers who have purchased tickets for seat categories other than the Supporters' Home Free Seating (lower south stand) and wish to change to this category.
Additionally, at the same time, we will begin additional ticket sales. For new purchases, please use "Shika Ticket".
How to change your seat
The procedure varies depending on your ticket type and purchase method.
(1) Those who do not fall under "QR ticket issuance and credit card payment selected" (*)
(*Those who selected paper ticket issuance or a payment method other than credit card)
(2) Those who selected QR ticket issuance and credit card payment, and purchased tickets for VIEW BOX, Executive, Yuttari Seat, Sofa Seat, or Category 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6
If you fall under (1) or (2) above, you will need to purchase a new ticket for the Supporters' Home Free Seating (lower south stand) and then come to the booth on the day of the match to complete the refund procedure for your current ticket. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
■ How to issue tickets for Supporters' Home Free Seating (lower south stand)
Additional sales for Supporters' Home Free Seating (lower south stand) tickets will begin on "Shika Ticket" from 10:00 AM on Tuesday, February 21st. Please purchase a new ticket.
■ How to get a refund for your current ticket
Please bring all of the following items to the booth outside the stadium on the day of the match.
【Items to bring】
・Your newly purchased Supporters' Home Free Seating (lower south stand) ticket
・Your ticket for another seat category that is eligible for a refund (QR or paper)
【Refund location and reception hours】
・Location: Dedicated booth near NIPPON STEEL Gate outside the stadium
・Reception hours: From 10:00 AM on the day of the match until the end of halftime
【Important notes】
・Please note that if you enter the stadium with a ticket other than the Supporters' Home Free Seating (lower south stand) ticket that you have already purchased, we will not be able to process a refund.
(3) Those who selected QR ticket issuance and credit card payment, and purchased tickets for West Zone (unreserved seating), East Zone (unreserved seating), Supporters' Home Reserved Seating (lower north stand), or Supporters' Home Free Seating (upper north stand, upper south stand)
*Includes season ticket members/supporters who purchased tickets for 0 yen
■ How to purchase tickets for Supporters' Home Free Seating (lower south stand)
From 10:00 AM on Tuesday, February 21st, a "Seat Change Service" banner will be displayed on the "Ticket List Page" of "Shika Ticket." Please follow the instructions to complete the procedure.
【How to use the service】*Images are for illustration purposes only.
(1) Log in to "Shika Ticket" with your J.League ID and click "Ticket List" at the top of each page.

(2) Your purchased tickets will be displayed for each match. Select the eligible ticket for seat change for "Kashima Antlers vs Kawasaki Frontale."

(3) Next, click the "Change/Add" button.

(4) Confirm that the ticket to be changed is correct, then click the "Change/Add" button.

*If it's incorrect, go back to the previous screen and re-select the ticket you want to change.
(5) A list of eligible matches for seat change will be displayed. Click on the "Kashima Antlers vs Kawasaki Frontale" match.

*If there is only one eligible match, (5) will be skipped.
(6) Select Supporters' Home Free Seating (lower south stand) as the new ticket.

(7) Confirm the details and price of the changed ticket, then finalize the purchase procedure.

*The original ticket will be canceled, including payment, and you will be able to purchase the changed ticket.
(8) Purchase complete.

(9) The purchased ticket will be displayed as "Seat Changed."

【Available period】
From 10:00 AM on Tuesday, February 21st to 12:00 PM on Saturday, February 25th (one hour before general gate opening on match day)
*Please note that seat changes cannot be processed outside of the above hours.
*There is no seat change fee.
【Important notes】
The "Seat Change Service" is a system that cancels already purchased tickets and their payments, and allows you to re-purchase them. If you purchased multiple tickets in a single transaction, this service does not support changing only a portion of those tickets. In such cases, please contact the inquiry desk below.
Example: If you purchased two tickets, you cannot change only one of them.
