We have decided to accept these requests due to the numerous requests we received to change names and numbers to those of new players for the 2023 season, which were announced after membership and renewal procedures were completed. Please check the eligibility requirements below, and if you wish to make a change, please apply using the form below.
Period for accepting changes
December 9 (Fri) - December 18 (Sun) 23:59Eligibility
The following two conditions must be met.(1) Those who joined the 2023 season SÓCIO・Season Ticket (with replica uniform)・Freaks Uni plan between September 30 (Fri) and December 18 (Sun) 23:59.
*This also applies to those who applied for the "Original Name Processing" as an early SÓCIO membership/renewal benefit.
*Those who changed to the "90-Minute Service Voucher" as a SÓCIO benefit, and those who applied for a season ticket (without replica uniform) are not eligible.
(2) Those who wish to change to the name and number of a new player for the 2023 season who was announced between September 30 (Fri) and December 18 (Sun).
*Changes to players announced before September 29 (Thu) (Shimodate, Tsukui), players belonging to the 2022 season, and number 12 are not eligible. Please be aware of this in advance.
How to apply
*To apply, you will need to register your membership number, name, contact email address, and the first choice player for the uniform you selected when continuing/joining.
Notes
・Only name and number changes will be accepted. We cannot accommodate size changes, so please understand.・If multiple change requests are confirmed, the latest request will be processed.
・If new players are announced during the acceptance period, the selection options for eligible players will be updated as needed.
