Announcement regarding "NIPPON STEEL presents Match Day Festival powered by LIGUA" for kids up to 6th grade elementary school on the Urawa match day (9/3)

On Saturday, September 3rd, before the 2022 Meiji Yasuda Life J1 League Matchday 28 against Urawa Reds, we will be holding the "NIPPON STEEL presents Match Day Festival powered by LIGUA" at Bokuden no Sato Sports Park!

On the day of the event, children (pre-schoolers, middle-schoolers, and high-schoolers) will participate in "Parent-Child Soccer," and elementary school students from 1st to 6th grade will form teams and have a "Game Tournament"! The winning team will receive a certificate signed by a top team player! Let's all enjoy playing soccer!

Participation is free. School students, friends who are not school students, and even children who are new to soccer are all welcome! Please take this opportunity to invite many friends and join us!

・Full set of soccer equipment

・Please do not bring a ball, as it is prohibited to bring balls into the stadium during match viewing.

[Eligibility]
Kids (pre-schoolers, middle-schoolers, high-schoolers) ~ 6th grade elementary school students
・Non-school students are also welcome to participate.

[Health Check Sheet]
Submission of a health check sheet is required to participate in the event. Please start filling it out from Saturday, August 20th (two weeks prior) and submit it at the reception on the day of the event, Saturday, September 3rd.

・Tickets for participating children and guardians should be purchased individually via Kashima Tickets.
・Elementary school students in the hometown can watch the match for free by applying for a Hometown Kids Pass "IC Card" in advance.

[Parking]
Please use nearby paid parking lots.
・The nearby parking lot is Parking Lot B (1,000 yen including tax).
・Please purchase parking tickets for Parking Lot B from "Kashima Tickets." Please purchase by the day before, as it takes time for data to reflect on the day of purchase.
・If Parking Lot B is full, please use nearby private parking lots.

[Other Notes]
・Please note that bringing balls into the stadium during match viewing is prohibited.
・In case of cancellation, we will contact you at the email address registered with your J.LEAGUE ID.
・We will provide first aid for injuries on the day, but subsequent treatment will be handled by each household. Please be aware of this in advance.
・Please register for "Amabie-chan" displayed at the venue on the day.
・Please write your name on all belongings.

[COVID-19 Countermeasure Guidelines]
Please take your temperature on the day of participation.
On the day of participation, adults (18 years or older) with a fever of 37.0℃ or higher, and children (under 18 years) with a fever of 37.5℃ or higher, will not be able to participate. Also, if you have any health problems including shortness of breath, fatigue, malaise, or abnormalities in taste or smell, you will not be able to participate.

If any of the following apply within one week prior to the day of participation, you will not be able to participate.

1) If the participant or a cohabitant has tested positive for COVID-19, or has symptoms consistent with COVID-19.
2) If the participant is identified as a close contact by a public health center (excluding those who have completed their isolation period after being identified as a close contact), or is awaiting a close contact determination.<
3) If the organization to which the participant belongs (including schools) has decided to suspend activities (including class closures) due to the occurrence of a COVID-19 infection within the organization.

In addition, please strictly observe the following when participating.

1) Be able to disclose a record of your actions for the past two weeks (when, where, and what you were doing) to the club.
2) The participant understands the risks and has confirmed infection control measures.
3) Always wear a mask when attending the venue.
4) Maintain social distance and avoid crowded situations. If there are any warnings from the management regarding preventive measures, follow the instructions.
5) If you feel unwell during participation, report it immediately and return home.
6) Prepare your own bottle/water bottle at home and do not use others' (be sure to write your name clearly to prevent mix-ups).
7) Practice cough etiquette even on the pitch, and do not spit or blow your nose.
