■Ticket Limit

After selecting your desired seat type, choose the corresponding membership grade and the number of sets to purchase, then buy the exchange voucher.
■How to Exchange Tickets
Sold as exchange vouchers.
Please bring your purchased "3 Game Package Ticket Exchange Voucher" (QR ticket or paper ticket) to the exchange counter outside the stadium on the day of the game to receive your tickets for the three games and enter.
*One exchange voucher can be exchanged for tickets for all three対象 games. Please keep your ticket safe. Please note that you cannot specify your own seats. Thank you for your understanding.
*Purchase benefits (original stainless steel bottle, voucher) will be handed over at the stadium when you exchange your tickets.
■Ticket Exchange Location and Time
Urawa match (9/3): Stadium outdoor event counter (near Gate 4) from 1 hour before opening until kick-off of the second half.
*Ticket exchange will also be available for the FC Tokyo match (10/1) and G-Osaka match (11/5), but only for watching the remaining games after exchange. Please note that refunds will not be issued for games that are not watched.
■For those who purchased the package ticket with parking pass
The B parking passes for the three対象 games will be mailed in advance to the address registered in your "Kashi-Ticket" account. If you have not registered your address in "Kashi-Ticket," please register your address via "Account Menu" ⇒ "Change Basic Information" before purchasing.
■Notes
The "exchange voucher" issued at the time of purchase cannot be used for stadium entry. Please be sure to stop by the event counter to receive your admission ticket before entering.
