Tickets can be purchased at the same-day ticket counter (event window) at the stadium on match day. Please check the notes below before purchasing tickets.

【Notes】
・When purchasing, you will be required to fill in your personal information (name, contact information, address) at the counter and present identification such as a driver's license.
・In the event that an infected person or suspected infected person is found at Kashima Soccer Stadium, personal information may be provided to public health centers within the necessary scope.
・You cannot specify seats such as the front row or aisle seats.
・When purchasing same-day tickets at the stadium, an additional handling fee of 200 yen (tax included) per ticket will be charged to the same-day ticket price.
・Visitor's seats are not sold at the stadium's same-day ticket counter. If you wish to watch the match from a visitor's seat, please purchase through Kashi-Ticket.
・It takes approximately 10 minutes for ticket data to be reflected from issuance to the gate terminal. If you are purchasing tickets at the stadium's same-day ticket counter, please allow plenty of time to arrive.

*1. When using wheelchair-accessible seats
・If a wheelchair user wishes to use the dedicated viewing space, the ticket to be purchased is a "wheelchair seat". One accompanying person can enter for free.
・You cannot watch the match from a wheelchair in seats other than the dedicated viewing space.
・Advance reservation is required to use the viewing space and parking.
・As the number of wheelchair seats is limited, please be sure to purchase your ticket through Kashi-Ticket and then make an advance parking reservation.
・On match day, please come to the reception desk next to the wheelchair-accessible parking lot (D parking lot) on the back stand side. After reception, you will enter through Gate 5. At that time, you will be given the accompanying person's ticket (QR).
・Season ticket members can select wheelchair seats and purchase them for 0 yen.

*2. About B Parking Ticket sales
・B Parking Lot will be by advance reservation, and parking tickets will be sold. If you wish to use it, please purchase a B Parking Ticket (QR ticket, paper ticket) from Kashi-Ticket and come to B Parking Lot. At the entrance of B Parking Lot, hold your purchased ticket over the One-Touch Pass terminal for entry.
・You cannot use B Parking Lot without purchasing a ticket in advance. Also, you cannot purchase it at the stadium's same-day ticket counter. If there are still spots available, you can purchase it from Kashi-Ticket on the match day as well.
*For preschool children who do not occupy a seat, one preschool child per accompanying adult does not require a ticket. If they occupy a seat, a separate ticket is required (if selecting Supporters' Seat Home, it will be the elementary/junior high/high school price).
*To those who purchased QR tickets or paper tickets (barcode authentication) via Kashi-Ticket (J.League Ticket)
