Tickets can be purchased at the same-day ticket sales counter (event counter) at the stadium on match day. Please check the following notes before purchasing tickets.

・When purchasing, you must fill in your "Name", "Contact Information", and "Address" at the counter, and present a form of identification such as a driver's license.
・Personal information may be provided to public health centers, etc., to the extent necessary, if an infected person or a suspected infected person is found at Kashima Soccer Stadium.
・You cannot specify seats such as the front row or aisle seats.
・When purchasing same-day tickets at the stadium, an additional handling fee of 200 yen (tax included) per ticket will be charged in addition to the same-day ticket price.
・Visitor-only seats are not sold at the stadium's same-day ticket sales counter. If you wish to watch from visitor-only seats, please purchase them through Kashi Ticket.
・It takes approximately 10 minutes for ticket issuance data to be reflected on the gate terminals. If you are purchasing tickets at the stadium's same-day ticket sales counter, please allow ample time to arrive at the stadium.

・If a person in a wheelchair wishes to use the dedicated viewing space, the ticket to purchase is a "wheelchair accessible seat". Only one accompanying person may enter free of charge.
・You cannot watch the match from a wheelchair in seats other than the dedicated viewing space.
・Advance reservations are required for the viewing space and parking.
・As the number of wheelchair accessible seats is limited, please be sure to purchase tickets via Kashi Ticket and then make a parking reservation in advance.
・On match day, please come to the reception desk next to the wheelchair accessible parking (Parking Lot D) on the back stand side. After reception, you will enter through Gate 5. At that time, you will be given the accompanying person's ticket (QR).
・Season ticket members can select wheelchair accessible seats and purchase them for 0 yen.

※2. About the sale of B Parking Tickets
・B Parking will be by advance reservation, and parking tickets will be sold. If you wish to use it, please purchase a B Parking Ticket (QR ticket, paper ticket) from Kashi Ticket and come to B Parking. At the B Parking entrance, hold your purchased ticket over the One-touch Pass terminal to enter.
・You cannot use B Parking without purchasing a ticket in advance. Also, you cannot purchase them at the stadium's same-day ticket sales counter. If there are vacancies, you can purchase them from Kashi Ticket even on match day.
※For preschoolers who do not occupy a seat, one preschooler per accompanying adult does not require a ticket. If they occupy a seat, a separate ticket is required (if choosing Supporters' Seat Home, the elementary/junior high/high school price applies).
※For those who purchased QR tickets or paper tickets (barcode authentication) via Kashi Ticket (J.League Ticket)
Entry to Kashima Antlers home games will be directly through each gate by holding up your QR code or paper ticket.
